🟥 나는 죄와 두려움 속에 살아가고 있었습니다

요한일서 5장 예수님을 만나기 전과 후 내 삶의 변화

예수를 알기 전,

나는 겉으로는 괜찮아 보였지만

속으로는 늘 공허함과 불안, 죄책감과 두려움에 시달리고 있었습니다.

아무리 바쁘게 살아도

마음 한구석에 남은 허무함은 지워지지 않았고,

“죽음 이후엔 무엇이 있을까?” 하는 질문 앞에서는

매번 침묵하거나 애써 외면할 수밖에 없었습니다.

기도는 했지만,

그 기도가 들리는 것 같지 않았고

응답도 없었습니다.

늘 외로운 존재, 미래가 불투명한 존재로 살아가는 느낌이었습니다.

🟥 Before I Met Jesus, My Life Was Filled with Sin and Fear

Before I knew Jesus, I appeared to be doing fine on the outside.

But deep inside, I was constantly tormented by emptiness, anxiety, guilt, and fear.

No matter how busy I kept myself, the void in my heart remained.

When I faced the question, "What happens after death?"

I could only stay silent or try to avoid it.

Though I prayed, it felt like no one was listening.

There were no answers.

I lived feeling alone, unsure of the future, and uncertain about who I really was.

🟨 예수님을 모르고 살던 그때, 나는 이렇게 방황했습니다

요한일서 5장 예수님을 만나기 전과 후 내 삶의 변화

나는 죄를 인정하지 않았습니다.

“나는 나름대로 착하게 살고 있다"라고 생각했습니다.

그러나 말씀 앞에 서면, 내 마음이 얼마나 더럽고 이기적이었는지 보였습니다.

• 사람을 사랑하기보다 이용하고
• 하나님의 뜻보다 내 욕심을 따랐으며
• 믿음을 말하면서도 삶은 여전히 세상 중심이었습니다.

📖 “예수가 그리스도이심을 믿는 사람은 하나님에게서 난 사람입니다.” (요일 5:1)

이 말씀 앞에 섰을 때, 나는 나 자신이 하나님께 속하지 않은 존재임을 깨달았습니다.

🟨 When I Didn’t Know Jesus, I Was Spiritually Lost

I refused to acknowledge my sins.

I thought, “I’m a pretty good person.”

But whenever I stood before God's Word,

I saw how selfish and impure my heart truly was.

I used people rather than loved them.

I followed my own desires more than God’s will.

Though I claimed to have faith, my life was still centered around the world.

📖 “Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God.” (1 John 5:1)

When I came face to face with this truth,

I realized I had not truly belonged to God.

🟩 예수님을 만난 후, 내 삶은 전혀 새로운 삶으로 바뀌었습니다

요한일서 5장 예수님을 만나기 전과 후 내 삶의 변화

예수님은 나의 모든 죄를 아시면서도

나를 위해 십자가에 달려 죽으셨습니다.

왕이시며 제사장이시며 선지자이신 예수 그리스도께서

나를 위해 죄의 값을 대신 치르셨고,

그분을 믿는 순간, 나는 새로운 생명을 얻었습니다.

📖 “하나님께서 우리에게 영원한 생명을 주셨다는 것과

이 생명이 하나님의 아들 안에 있다는 것입니다.” (요일 5:11)

이제는 더 이상 죽음이 두렵지 않습니다.

기도할 때마다 하나님께서 듣고 계시다는 확신이 있습니다.

삶의 모든 순간마다 주님의 손길을 느낍니다.

무엇보다,

내게 믿음으로 세상을 이길 힘을 주셨습니다.

📖 “세상을 이긴 이김은 이것이니 곧 우리의 믿음입니다.” (요일 5:4)

🟩 After Meeting Jesus, Everything Changed

Jesus knew all my sins, yet He chose to die for me.

As my King, Priest, and Prophet,

Jesus took my place and paid the full price for my sins.

The moment I believed in Him, I received a new life.

📖 “And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.” (1 John 5:11)

Now, I no longer fear death.

I know that every time I pray, God hears me.

I feel His presence guiding me through every moment of life.

Most of all,

He has given me the power to overcome the world through faith.

📖 “This is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

🟦 예수님 안에서 얻게 된 삶의 확신

예수님을 믿고 나서

삶은 단지 ‘나아졌다’는 표현으로는 부족합니다.

그건 완전히 새로운 존재가 된 것입니다.

• 더 이상 죄의 종이 아니라 하나님의 자녀입니다
• 기도는 이제 응답받는 대화가 되었습니다
• 사탄과 세상의 권세가 더 이상 나를 주장하지 못합니다
• 하나님을 사랑하고, 이웃을 사랑할 수 있는 힘을 받았습니다
• 나를 통하여 다른 영혼이 살아나는 통로로 사용되고 있습니다

🟦 The Assurance I Have in Jesus

After I believed in Jesus,

my life wasn’t just “better”

I became a completely new creation.

• I am no longer a slave to sin, but a child of God.
• Prayer is no longer a monologue; it is a living conversation.
• Satan and the powers of the world no longer have control over me.
• God has given me the power to love Him and love others.
• He is using me as a vessel to bring life to other souls.

🟪 지금도 방황하는 이들에게, 나의 고백이 전해지길 바랍니다

주님,

이 귀한 비밀을 알지 못하고 살아가는

주님의 택하신 양들이 너무 많습니다.

세상에서 성공과 인정을 좇지만

정작 마음 깊은 곳에 공허함과 두려움으로 살아가는 이들이 많습니다.

이 건주부는 기도합니다.

복음의 도구로 사용되어,

하나님의 말씀으로 영혼을 살리고,

때로는 물질적으로도 주님의 선하심을 흘려보내는 그릇이 되게 해달라고.

혹시 이 글을 읽는 당신이,

지금 슬픔 속에, 불안 속에, 무기력함 속에 있다면

이제는 예수님께 돌아오시기를 간절히 권면 드립니다.

예수 그리스도는 지금 이 순간도 당신을 기다리고 계십니다.

🟪 To Those Who Are Still Wandering, I Share My Confession

Lord,

there are so many of Your chosen sheep still living without knowing this precious truth.

They chase after success and recognition,

but deep down, they live in fear and emptiness.

So I, GunJoobu, pray today:

Use me as Your instrument to bring the gospel to them.

Let me speak life through Your Word,

and even through material resources,

let Your goodness flow through me.

And if you’re reading this now,

if you are in sadness, anxiety, or hopelessness

I sincerely invite you to come back to Jesus.

Jesus Christ is waiting for you, even in this very moment.
